1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website, making a purchase, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Flower Fable offers the following sculptural floral design services:

• Custom wedding floral design and installations
• Luxury brand event floral arrangements
• Artisan bouquet creation and delivery
• Home floral subscriptions
• Floral design workshops

All services are subject to availability and our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

3. Ordering and Payment

Order Confirmation

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We will send you an email confirmation once your order is accepted. This confirmation constitutes a binding contract between you and Flower Fable.

Pricing

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but price changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

Payment Terms

• Artisan Bouquets: Full payment required at time of order
• Weddings/Events: 50% deposit required to secure date, balance due 14 days before event
• Subscriptions: Payment due monthly in advance

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Bouquet Orders

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time for a full refund. Orders canceled within 24 hours are non-refundable.

Wedding and Event Services

• 90+ days before event: Full refund minus $300 administration fee
• 60-89 days before event: 50% refund of total contract value
• 30-59 days before event: 25% refund of total contract value
• Less than 30 days: No refund

Force Majeure

If your event is canceled due to circumstances beyond your control (severe weather, venue closure, etc.), we will work with you to reschedule or provide a partial refund at our discretion.

5. Delivery

We deliver within the Greater Toronto Area. Delivery fees vary by location and are confirmed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses
• Recipient unavailability
• Severe weather conditions
• Traffic or road closures

6. Product Quality and Substitutions

We use only the freshest, highest-quality flowers available. Due to the seasonal nature of flowers, we reserve the right to substitute flowers of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style, color scheme, and value of your arrangement.

If you have specific flower requirements (e.g., allergies, symbolic preferences), please notify us at the time of ordering. We will make every effort to accommodate your requests.

7. Perishable Goods

Fresh flowers are perishable. Once delivered, it is the recipient's responsibility to care for the flowers. We cannot guarantee the longevity of flowers after delivery due to varying environmental conditions.

8. Liability and Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flower Fable shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or business opportunities
• Emotional distress or disappointment
• Damages exceeding the amount paid for the service

Our liability is limited to the replacement of flowers or a refund of the purchase price at our sole discretion.

9. Photography and Media Use

By engaging our services, you grant Flower Fable permission to photograph our floral designs and use these images for marketing purposes (website, social media, print materials). If you prefer your event remain private, please notify us in writing.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and designs, is the property of Flower Fable and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our express written permission.

11. Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern about our services, please contact us immediately at hello@flowerfable.co. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through direct communication shall be governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Toronto.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
